FAQs

Is your work for sale?

Yes it is. Please just get in touch using the contact form and I can answer any queries you might have or send more images of any artwork you are interested in.

Will there be more work available soon?

Apart from making smaller pieces on an ongoing basis, I am currently working on larger pieces and a new body of work. Do sign up to my newsletter on the bottom of the home page to be notified when new work is available.

Do you work with galleries?

I am an emerging artist and have plans to work with my first gallery in autumn/winter 2020.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. Please contact me and I can easily get you a quote for postage and packaging.

Postage and packaging

I wrap my work very carefully and use lots of packaging and many layers, using as much recycled material as possible. I generally post out works to the UK between Monday and Thursday lunchtimes. This is to prevent paintings sitting around in a depot over a weekend where they could be damaged. The couriers take 1 to 2 days. If you would like a painting sent out on a Friday to the UK it will be a little extra for postage to ensure it is delivered the next day.

How do I pay you?

I accept Paypal or direct bank transfers currently and will send you a link to PayPal with the details on how to pay. You do not need a PayPal account yourself to use this system. Once I receive payment I will organise couriers to you.

What if I change my mind?

I offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. You have 14 days from receipt of the artwork to change your mind and return at your expense for a refund. The artwork must be packaged adequately to protect it and received without damage.

Do you accept commissions?

I am not currently accepting new commissions right now as I am working on a new body of work. But I hope to in the near future, so please keep in touch.
